About five years ago, we wanted to change our business model so more customers could prepare customized name badge orders online, and employees could monitor name tag inventory levels, track orders, and view financial statements. We also wanted to give our Name Badge Sales team better tools to service customers, including easy access to customer information, and improve internal business process by integrating all client data. That is when our management team decided to go with the Microsoft ERP and CRM systems.
