Credit Application
Imprint Plus can invoice customers on approved terms only.

If you are ordering US$250.00+ of Imprint Plus merchandise, you are welcome to download and complete a credit application and submit it (via fax or email) to our Accounting Department.

The Imprint Plus Accounting Department will notify you if and when you are approved for invoicing. You can reach our Accounting Department by fax at 604-278-7149
