Pay attention to upper and lower case, as your words will be printed exactly as typed
Names in two fields: Full names can be divides in to two, distinct fields (i.e.: first name in one field, last name in one field)
Names in one field: Full names can be typed in to a single field, but please be sure to type them in order (i.e.: first names first, last names last)
Titles should be typed in to their own fields beside the corresponding names
Title too long? Separate the title into two fields, or use a comma to separate the title*

*Please Note: Avoid using commas in titles that are not going to be split. When the names are converted to .csv .ascii files, Excel will automatically separate any field that has a comma in it.

Submitting Artwork for Printing

Digital Artwork
Imprint Plus works in a Windows PC platform. We prefer vectored image files, with our preferred file formats being:

We can utilize bit-mapped images provided they are in *.JPG ,*.TIF or *.BMP format and of a resolution of 300 DPI or greater if you are not screen printing your logo.
*.GIF format image files are not acceptable.
Whenever possible, please supply the correct PANTONE matching system (PMS) color number for each color in your logo.
When fonts are part of the logo, please convert these to vector graphics by selecting the text and "Create outlines" or when saving the file, please select "Render text as curves" from your imaging applications "save" option. This is paramount particularly when the artwork was created in a Macintosh environment because Mac fonts are incompatible with the Windows operating system.
If you are unable to provide your logo in one of the formats requested, please send the artwork, with requirements to your stationery printer, graphic designer or marketing department. They will be able to send the artwork to us directly.

Photo Mechanical Transfers (PMTs)
All PMTs must be solid black and white. Please ensure that your PMTs are not bent, folded, stapled or paper clipped.

Please include the names of all fonts used in your artwork.
Multi-colored logos require a separate PMT for each spot color and should be accompanied by the correct PMS color number.
If you are unable to supply any of the above, the Imprint Plus art department would be pleased to recreate your logo at a charge of $50.00/hour.
