Where can I find my serial number?

I can’t locate the serial number for my NamePrint Graphics software. Where can I find it?

You can find your serial number in the following 2 places:

1    On the CD sleeve

Serial number on the NamePrint Graphics CD envelope

If you received your copy of NamePrint Graphics software on a CD, the serial number is found the back of the CD sleeve that it came in.

2. In the FTP download e-mail

Serial Number in the FTP Download Email

If you received your copy of NamePrint Graphics via email, the serial number will be contained in the e-mail you received with the software download (FTP) link.

If you can’t find the CD sleeve or the FTP email, the best thing to do is contact whoever sold you the software.

Did you order your software direct from Imprint Plus? If you did, we may be able to locate your serial number. Imprint Plus Tech Support can be reached via email at techsupport@imprintplus.com, or via phone at 1-886-540-5417. Please have your account number or a sales order number ready.

Did you order your software through a distributor or retailer? If so, you’ll need to contact them to retrieve your serial number.
