Artwork Layout Pricing & Process

Getting your artwork right from the start saves time, prevents costly errors, and ensures your name badges and name tags look professional. At Imprint Plus, we provide artwork layout services so your designs are production-ready and your order moves forward without delays.

What Is Artwork Setup?

Artwork setup is the process of preparing your design files for printing. This step ensures that file formats, layouts, and colors are accurate so the final product meets your expectations.

Each artwork setup includes:

  • Up to 2 designs of the same size and color, such as employee name badges or custom name tags
  • Up to 2 revisions to make small adjustments before production

Pricing Breakdown

Our artwork layout service includes clear, upfront pricing:

  • $75 flat fee for 2 designs (same size and color, includes up to 2 revisions)
  • $15 per additional revision
  • $250 flat rate for more than 10 designs

Some accounts may have adjusted pricing. Please check with your account manager for details.

How to Submit Artwork

To avoid extra revisions and keep your order on schedule:

  • Submit vector files (AI, EPS, or SVG) whenever possible
