Some people have job titles. Drishti has a vibe. Officially, she’s part of our customer service dream team, but if you ask her, she’s the Chief Patience Officer and Customer Cheerleader — a role she’s been rocking for 1 year and 6 months now.
From the first day she joined Imprint Plus, Drishti brought this unshakable calm and quick wit that makes you feel like everything’s under control, even when tech decides to throw a tantrum. If her job were a movie, she’d call it a comedy-drama: suspense when things break, feel-good endings when they’re fixed, and plenty of bloopers thanks to customers who keep her on her toes.
Winning Moment
When we told Drishti she won this month’s Wall of Success, she didn’t do a victory dance — at least, not one we saw. Instead, she celebrated quietly, proud and grateful.
“Big thanks to Kelvin for the kind comment and to the amazing customer who lit up after using our cloud version,” she shared. “You both made this win extra special.”
The win itself? It happened because Drishti took a long, complex call immediately after getting off a flight. Armed with a little caffeine, a lot of focus, and her trademark problem-solving magic, she turned a tricky situation into a customer success story. That’s just what she does.

Ask Drishti to pick her favorite Imprint Plus product, and you’ll barely get the question out before she answers: “The Mighty Badge™, hands down. It’s the superhero of name badges.”
And because she’s full of wild ideas, if she could add one feature to our products, it would be something unexpected and efficient — anything that helps make processes smoother and faster.
Behind the Scenes
A day in Drishti’s world is part strategy, part circus act. Picture this: she’s on a customer call, nodding seriously, dropping perfectly timed “mm-hmms,” while secretly managing twenty other things across multiple tabs. If we were filming a documentary, that moment would be the trailer.
And if you ask who her “partner-in-crime” is at work, she’ll laugh: “Still looking!” Applications welcome.
Life Outside the Desk
Drishti’s off-the-clock vibe is all about balance. Her perfect weekend starts with a morning hike and ends with a pizza reward because life’s too short not to.
Open her fridge, though, and you’ll find the ghost of good intentions: a fancy chocolate sauce she bought a year ago to make a dessert for her husband. It’s still there. Untouched. “It silently judges me every time I open the fridge,” she admits.
And when she isn’t hiking or dodging chocolate sauce guilt, she’s sipping tea (always tea), rooting for the beach over the mountains, and secretly wishing for a Dyson Airwrap if she ever wins the lottery.
Looking Ahead
Drishti’s goal for the rest of the year? “Finally using that fancy chocolate sauce before it expires,” she laughs. Oh, and she’s excited for the holiday season, too.
