Hi, I’m Maria!
I’ve been working with Imprint Plus for over twenty years now. When I first started in 1999, we were just a third of the size we are now! Since then I’ve built a rewarding career in the Sales Department, where I now work as an Executive Account Manager.
A little bit about me.
I grew up in Vancouver, B.C., where I currently live with my husband. Our home has always had an open door. We love to host family and friends for weekend dinner parties, and are always welcome to new visitors. Gardening, renovating and interior decorating are also passions of mine. I love to use my creativity to design artful living spaces that keep me feeling inspired. If I’m not at home, I’m probably travelling. Taking cruises to warm places is one of my absolute favourites, and it gives me a great perspective for bringing in new clients in the cruise industry.
Life at Imprint Plus.
Before I came to Imprint Plus, I operated my own business manufacturing uniforms to healthcare clients in Western Canada. As an entrepreneur, I made my customers my first priority. Although I am not an owner at Imprint Plus, I treat this business as if it were my own.
As an Executive Account Manager, I work with our larger national accounts - like brand management within the hotel industry - and am also responsible for finding new clients in a range of different sectors.
For me, customer service is paramount. My team and I work collaboratively with all other departments so that each customer inquiry is responded to accurately, quickly, and thoroughly.
That’s what we call white glove service.
I like to call our team the “expeditors” - we’re available at every step of the order process, providing customized support and coordinating with the Production Team to make sure everything flows seamlessly. When we see that great review or ‘thank you’ email from a client, we know we have done our job!
What I really love about this company is how everybody works together. Whether you’re in IT, Accounting, E-commerce or the Art Department, you understand that you’re a service ambassador to our clients.
Working from a place of professionalism and kindness, we all know how important it is to take care of our amazing customers! Just like my door at home is always open, so is my door at work.
