How Can I View My Order History?

Keeping track of your past orders is simple with your Imprint Plus account. Whether you need to reorder badges, confirm a delivery date, or reference a previous invoice, your full order history is just a few clicks away.

 

Steps to view your order history

  1. Log in to your Imprint Plus account using the same credentials you used to place your order.

    1. If you use the Plus Portal, be sure to access the correct regional link for your organization:

      1. United States: www.imprintplus.com/corporatestores_us
      2. Canada: www.imprintplus.com/corporatestores_ca
  2. Once logged in, go to “My Account” from the top menu.
  3. Click on “My Orders” to view your complete order history. Here you’ll find:

    1. Order numbers
    2. Purchase dates
    3. Product details
    4. Order status
    5. Shipping and tracking information

You can also access downloadable invoices and quickly reorder past items using the same specifications.

 

Why it's helpful

Viewing your order history makes it easy to stay organized and maintain consistency across teams and locations. It’s especially useful for reordering frequently used products or confirming which designs were used in previous badge programs.
