Allow CookiesHow Do I Enable or Disable Logo Printing?
When designing your name badge using Imprint Plus software, you have full control over how your logo appears. Whether you want to include your company logo for brand consistency or prefer a clean, text-only layout, you can easily manage logo visibility within the badge design tool.
In the NPG Desktop Software
If you’re using the NamePrint Graphics desktop application:
- Open your badge template in the Design View.
- Locate the logo placeholder on the badge layout.
- To enable logo printing, make sure the placeholder contains your image file and is not hidden or disabled.
- To disable logo printing, click on the placeholder and either remove the image or delete the field entirely. This removes the logo from the printed design.
You can also upload a new logo by clicking on the image field and browsing for a file. For best results, use a high-resolution PNG, JPG, or EPS file.
In NPG Cloud or Design Studio
If you are designing your badge online using NPG Cloud or the Design Studio:
- Open your badge layout and select the logo field.
- To remove the logo, either delete the image or click the “X” if there is an option to clear the placeholder.
- If you want to add a logo, select the image field and upload your preferred logo file.
These tools allow for real-time previews, so you can immediately see how your badge will look with or without the logo.
When to disable the logo
- If your badge is already printed on pre-branded stock
- If you’re working with a limited space layout
- If your organization uses a minimalist or text-only badge style
