I Forgot My Password. How Do I Reset It?

If you're having trouble logging in to your Plus Portal account, resetting your password is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to regain access.

 

Steps to reset your password

  1. Go to the Plus Portal login page for your region:

    1. United States: www.imprintplus.com/corporatestores_us
    2. Canada: www.imprintplus.com/corporatestores_ca
  2. Click the “Forgot your password?” link beneath the login form.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email. Click the link in that message to create a new password and log back into your account. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

 

Still not receiving the reset email?

  • Here are a few reasons why it might not come through:
  • You may be on the wrong regional site. Be sure to use the correct US or Canada portal link.
  • Your account may not exist yet. If this is your first time using the portal, you’ll need to register first.
  • The email entered may not match the one used to set up your account.
  • The reset email may have been flagged by your spam filter or sent to a different folder.
