What You’ll Be Doing

This is not your average production role. You’ll be part of the team that brings brands to life through custom name badges, signage, and identification solutions used across North America.

Your day may include:

• Operating digital printers and production equipment to create high-quality custom products
• Setting up print jobs, loading materials, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Assembling products including name badges, domed products, signage, and packaging
• Inspecting products for quality and accuracy before shipment
• Troubleshooting equipment and helping keep production flowing efficiently
• Working closely with teammates across production and operations to hit deadlines
• Helping with inventory counts and supporting warehouse or operations projects when needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning production software
• Experience in printing, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is an asset, but not required
