What Is Imprint Plus’ Refund and Return Policy?

At Imprint Plus, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase, provided the products meet our return requirements.

 

What items are eligible for return or exchange?

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in new condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Not customized or factory-printed

We cannot accept returns on customized products or factory-printed goods, as these are created specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

 

Restocking fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items. This helps cover inspection, repackaging, and inventory management costs.

 

How to start a return

If you’d like to request a return or exchange, please reach out to our Customer Service team:

Be sure to include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. 

 

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work quickly to correct the issue and ensure you receive the correct products.

 

Important notes

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
  • Returns must be authorized by our team before being sent back
