Imprint Plus is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a premium supplier of name badges and accessories with a focus on building branding programs so our clients can build meaningful connections with their guests and customers. Our industry is rebounding from COVID-19 and that means we are looking for friendly, customer-focused, and driven individuals to join our team and help support our clients

A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative:

We produce custom name badges and software across multiple industries. Your role will be to support current and future customers with orders. Expect to:

  • Support customers in the purchase of their products
  • Upsell and cross sell when opportunities arise
  • Enter, verify, manage, and process both in-stock and customized orders. You will oversee and manage orders from beginning to end – being detail-oriented is a must!
  • Help address any customer issues such as lost packages, tracking numbers etc.
  • Work with clients across multiple industries such as hospitality, finance, retail, and resellers
  • Coordinate with colleagues in order management, artwork submission, and product delivery deadlines
  • Assist customers/prospects to order online when possible
  • Troubleshoot when challenges arise, keeping a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction

Experience and Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Versed in product sales support or customer service, with at least one year of relevant experience
  • Excited to communicate and collaborate with many different clients on a daily basis
  • Positive, upbeat, "can-do" attitude with a penchant for problem-solving and helping others
  • A team player, but works well without being micro-managed
  • Detail oriented, fast learner, and technologically inclined
  • Comfortable working at your computer all day, proficient with MS Suite, and ERP order entry systems
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday 8 hour shift within 7 am to 5 pm
  • Selling skills is an asset!
