Can I avoid delays during mail disruptions?

If you normally pay your invoices by cheque, please be aware that mail disruptions can cause significant delays in processing. Since payments must be received and cleared before orders can be released, any delay in receiving your cheque could result in a delay to your order. 

How to Ensure Timely Processing 

To avoid interruptions, we recommend switching to electronic payment options: 

• Credit Card – The fastest and easiest way to pay. Payments are processed immediately, which means your order can move forward without delay. 
• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) – A secure and reliable option. Payments are applied quickly, ensuring your account remains current and your orders aren’t held up by mail delays.
