How Do I Qualify for Free Shipping?
We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on eligible orders. If you’re wondering how to unlock this perk, here’s what you need to know.
When Does Free Shipping Apply?
You’ll automatically qualify for free standard shipping when your order subtotal is over $250 before tax and after any discounts are applied. No code is needed. Just add your items to the cart and the free shipping option will appear at checkout.
Where Is Free Shipping Available?
This offer applies to most locations in Canada and the continental United States, including:
- All Canadian provinces
- All 48 contiguous U.S. states
Where Free Shipping Does Not Apply
Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
- Canadian territories including Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
Live shipping rates will still be available at checkout for these locations.
Why Are There Exceptions?
We work with reliable shipping carriers to get your order delivered safely and on time. In some regions, delivery costs are significantly higher or fewer carrier options are available. Because of this, we may need to adjust shipping eligibility based on actual courier availability and rates.
