Logo Recreation Services for Low-Resolution Files

To create professional name badges and name tags, we prefer high-quality vector logo files. Many companies only have low-resolution images of their logos, such as JPG or PNG files. These formats are not suitable for printing because they appear blurry, pixelated, or distorted when enlarged. 

When a vector file is not available, our team can recreate your logo in the correct format so your order can be completed without delays. 

Why Vector Files Are Preferred 

Vector files (AI, EPS, or SVG) are resolution-independent, which means they scale to any size without losing quality. This ensures your employee name badges, signage, and custom name tags print sharply and consistently across every order. 

When Logo Recreation is Needed 

Logo recreation is required if:

• Your logo is submitted as a JPG, PNG, GIF, or other raster format
• The file resolution is too low for printing
• The artwork includes gradients, fading, or complex effects that do not translate well into print

Pricing for Logo Recreation 

Logo recreation is a professional design service and is billed separately from artwork setup. Pricing is provided upfront once the file is reviewed. 

Recreated logos are supplied in the correct vector format so they can be used for future orders of name badges, name tags, or signage. 

How to Submit Your Logo 

1. Send your existing logo file to the Imprint Plus representative you are working with.  
2. Indicate if you have any preferred colors or style references
3. The representative will confirm if logo recreation is required and provide the cost before production continues
