Imprint Plus Return/Exchange Policy
Returning Excess Product
- Customized or factory printed product cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers may return full or partial orders of blank product for refund if all of the following conditions are met
- Imprint Plus is notified within 45 days of shipment
- The product is returned to Imprint Plus by the customer within 30 days of the call to Imprint Plus at customer’s cost; and
- The components are still in original packaging;
- SRM number assigned by Imprint Plus is noted on the box of return by customer.
- Note that a 15% restocking fee applies.
Returns Due to Product or Order Errors
Imprint Plus will replace any product that is determined by the customer to be defective, delivered in error, or damaged in shipment if the following conditions are met
- Imprint Plus is notified within 30 days of shipment (or within 3 months of shipment for defective product)
- “Damaged” is clearly marked on the Receipt of Shipment for Damaged in Shipment claims
- Imprint Plus or our shipping company or freight forwarder is able to pick up defective product for evaluation
- SRM number assigned by Imprint Plus is noted on the box of return by customer
Imprint Plus will send replacement product at Imprint Plus’ cost.
Imprint Plus will arrange for pickup of defective, erroneous or damaged product at Imprint Plus’ cost.
