Terms & Conditions
- All products being returned for credit require a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number issued by the Supplier. The sales representative of the Supplier will provide an RMA number and shipping details. The sales representative can be reached by the above contact form or at 1-855-286-2158. Returns for credit are subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is calculated as fifteen percent (15%) of the total value of the product being returned or fifty dollars ($50) whichever is greater.
- Customized Goods are not returnable.
- Full or partial orders of non-customized Goods may be returned if all of the following conditions are met:
- The Supplier is notified within forty-five (45) days of shipment;
- Goods are returned to the Supplier within 30 days of issuing the RMA number; and
iii. Goods are still in their original packaging.
