    1. If your screen does not want to go past ‘Shipping and Payment’, it might be because no shipping carrier was selected. Even if there is only one option (usually: ‘Use our Carrier’), it needs to be selected.
  5. My shipping cost is not being calculated

    The postal code needs to match the city
    1. Double-check if the postal code matches the city in Billing and Shipping info. If you know that your postal code has changed, please use the old location connected to the postal code.
  6. My credit card was not accepted

    Match the billing address with the credit card address
    1. Make sure the billing address equals the address of the credit card. The credit card will not be accepted if those two do not match.
