When you purchase Imprint Plus name badge design software, you may be wondering what happens next. This article explains the steps between placing your order and being ready to start designing employee name badges and custom name tags.
Order Confirmation
After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This verifies your purchase and gives you a reference number for tracking.
Software Delivery
- Within 2 business days, our production team sends a second email.
- This email includes your user guide and the license code needed for installation.
- If your purchase included an NPG card, it is shipped by mail through standard post.
Activation Instructions
Once you receive the email from production:
- Use the link provided to download your software.
- Enter your license code during installation.
- Follow the user guide to complete setup.
At this stage, you’re ready to start creating and printing professional name badges and DIY name tags for your team.
Tracking Your Order
The shipping window is typically 2–4 business days. You’ll be notified by email as soon as your software is ready. If you purchased additional items along with your software, those will arrive separately following our standard shipping process.
