Shipping addresses can vary depending on where and how your organization receives mail. At Imprint Plus, we do our best to accommodate different delivery needs, but there are a few important restrictions to note.
P.O. Boxes (Domestic and International)
For orders shipping within Canada or the United States, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Domestic shipments are handled by carriers such as UPS, which require a physical street address for delivery.
If you are placing an international order and your address includes a P.O. Box, we may be able to ship your package depending on the destination country and available carrier services. To confirm if your international P.O. Box is eligible, contact our Customer Service team before placing your order.
Military APO/FPO Boxes
We are able to ship to Military APO and FPO addresses. These shipments are processed through USPS, as it is the only carrier authorized to deliver to military mailboxes.
Please note that overnight or expedited delivery options are not available for APO/FPO destinations. Transit times may vary depending on the destination and the processing schedule of the military postal system.
