How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?

Once you’ve placed your order with Imprint Plus, we get to work right away. We know that name badges and identification products are often needed quickly, so our team moves fast to get your order produced and shipped out as efficiently as possible.

 

Production Time 

All orders go through a production phase before shipping. This typically takes 1 to 4 business days, depending on the complexity and customization of your order. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time, or during weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Shipping Times – U.S. Portal

Shipping estimates do not include production time.

• UPS Ground – Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days
• UPS Next Day Air – Estimated delivery: Next business day

 

Shipping Times – Canada Portal

Shipping estimates do not include production time.

• Canada Post Regular Parcel – Estimated delivery: 1–10 business days
• FedEx Express Saver – Estimated delivery: 3 business days

Some organizations may have custom shipping methods associated with their account. These will be applied automatically at checkout if available.

At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options based on your address, along with estimated delivery times. These timelines are based on carrier schedules and may vary slightly due to seasonal demand, weather, or local service conditions.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
