How do I access NamePrint Graphics (NPG) Cloud?

NPG Cloud is the web-based version of Imprint Plus’ name badge design software. It’s ideal for users who are on Mac, Windows 11 or newer, or working in remote environments where installing software isn’t possible.

Unlike the desktop version, NPG Cloud works directly in your browser—no downloads or installations required.

 

How to Log In

1. Visit https://npgcloud.com
   Bookmark this page for quick access.
2. Log in using your assigned username and password 
   Your login credentials are provided by your Imprint Plus Account Manager. If you don’t have them yet, email techsupport@imprintplus.com for assistance.
3. Select a badge template 
   After logging in, choose from your organization’s pre-approved badge layouts.
4. Enter your badge information 
   Fill out the required fields like name, title, department, and any additional custom text.
5. Preview and print 
   Review your badge design and print directly from your browser using a 600 DPI or higher printer.

 

Print Settings for Best Results

• Use Google Chrome for best performance
• Set your print scale to 100% or Actual Size
• Do not use “Fit to Page” as this can cause alignment issues
• Always run a test print on plain paper before printing on your actual insert sheets

 

NPG Cloud is Ideal If:

• You're using Mac or Windows 11
• Your company restricts software downloads
• You need flexibility across multiple devices or locations
