How Do I Update My Contact Information in My Account?

Keeping your account information up to date ensures smooth communication, accurate order tracking, and faster support. If you need to update your name, email, or password, you can make these changes directly in your Plus Portal account. 

 

Follow these steps to update your contact information:

  1. Log in to your account through the appropriate portal for your region:

    1. United States: www.imprintplus.com/corporatestores_us
    2. Canada: www.imprintplus.com/corporatestores_ca
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the “My Account” section, usually located in the top navigation or under your profile icon.
  3. From there, you can update your:

    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Email Address
    4. Password
  4. After making your changes, be sure to save or submit the updated information to confirm your changes.
