Whether you're uploading a logo, adding staff names, or selecting a style, the platform makes it simple to stay on brand.

 

What is the Design Studio?

Design Studio is an online editor that lets you customize name badges from any browser. It’s ideal for small teams, administrators, or anyone managing badges across departments or locations. The tool is especially helpful for maintaining brand consistency while allowing for layout flexibility.

 

Step-by-Step: How to Design a Badge

1. Choose a Badge Type
   
   From the home screen or dashboard, select your preferred badge style. This could be based on shape, material, or a company-approved template. 
   
   
2. Open the Design Studio
   
   Click on the badge template to launch the editor.
   
   
3. Add or Edit Fields
   
   
   • Use the left-hand panel to enter employee names, titles, departments, or any additional information.
   • You can add multiple badge records by clicking the “+” icon for each new name.
4. Upload and Position Your Logo
   
   
   • Upload a high-resolution PNG, JPG, or EPS file.
   • Drag and drop the logo into position and resize as needed.
   • Use the alignment tools to center it properly.
5. Customize the Design
   
   
   • Adjust font type, size, and color to match your brand guidelines.
   • Use the preview panel on the right to see real-time updates.
   • If needed, you can reposition text fields or make layout changes.
6. Save and Duplicate
   
   
   • Save your badge design to your account
   • Duplicate the layout to apply it to additional names without starting from scratch
     
     
7. Finalize and Print or Submit
   
   
   • Review all badge entries for accuracy
   • Print the design in-house (if you're using a reusable badge system)
   • Or submit the order to Imprint Plus for professional printing and delivery

• Any fields with missing or invalid data will be highlighted before printing
