Where Can I Find the Print Instructions for the NPG Software?

Getting your name badges to print accurately is an important part of creating a professional, polished result. To help you do this with confidence, NamePrint Graphics (NPG) includes built-in print instructions in both the desktop and cloud versions of the software.

 

In NPG Desktop

If you're using the NPG Desktop software, you can access print instructions directly within the program:

• Go to the Help section from the main menu
• Use the Print Alignment Wizard, which guides you through checking and adjusting your print setup
• Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm printer settings, paper size, and layout alignment

These built-in tools are especially helpful if you're using a new printer or working with insert sheets for the first time. 

 

In NPG Cloud

For cloud users, print instructions are available during the design and print process. Once you finish your badge design:

• Make sure your browser print settings are adjusted to 100% scale or Actual Size
• Do not use Fit to Page
• Follow the on-screen tips before clicking "Print" to avoid layout shifts
