International shipping
At this time, online ordering is only available to customers within the U.S. and Canada. If you're located outside these regions, we may still be able to ship to your country. Important details for international orders
All international orders are final sale. Once shipped, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are determined by your local authorities. For questions about these fees, we recommend contacting your postal or customs office before placing your order.
Refused shipments
If an international shipment is refused, the original payment method will be charged for shipping costs and any return or restocking fees imposed by the carrier.
Order cancellations
If we’re unable to fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions or product availability, we may need to cancel the order. In that case, your payment will be refunded in full.
