If you're trying to create an account on the Plus Portal but your validation code isn’t working, there are a few common reasons that may be causing the issue. This code is essential for linking your account to your organization’s approved products, so it’s important to get it right.
1. You may be on the wrong regional site
Each validation code is tied to a specific regional portal. Make sure you are registering on the correct site based on your location:
- United States: www.imprintplus.com/corporatestores_us
- Canada: www.imprintplus.com/corporatestores_ca
If your company is based in Canada but you’re trying to register through the U.S. portal (or vice versa), the code will not work.
2. The code may have been entered incorrectly
Validation codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided. Double-check for typos, extra spaces, or character substitutions. For example, the letter “O” can easily be mistaken for a zero, and vice versa.
