How Can I Track My Shipment?

After you place an order with Imprint Plus, we keep you informed every step of the way. From order confirmation to delivery, you'll receive the details you need to track your shipment and plan for its arrival.

 

Order confirmation and shipping notification

Within 48 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirms that your order has been received and is being processed by our team.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a second email that includes your tracking number. This tracking link will allow you to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

 

Didn’t receive an email?

If you haven’t received your confirmation or tracking email within the expected timeframe, there may be a delay due to email filters, incorrect contact information, or technical issues. In that case, we’re here to help.

Contact your Imprint Plus Account Representative or our Customer Service team at 1-800-563-2464, and we’ll look up your order status and provide you with tracking information right away.
