How Do I Set Up NamePrint Graphics (NPG) Cloud?

NamePrint Graphics Cloud (NPG Cloud) is the browser-based version of our badge design software, offering the flexibility to create and print name badges without downloading or installing anything. It’s ideal for teams that need quick access to templates, data entry, and printing from any location.

Getting started with NPG Cloud is easy, but a few key setup steps will ensure everything runs smoothly.

 

Step-by-step guide to setting up NPG Cloud

1. Go to https://npgcloud.com
   This is the official login page for NamePrint Graphics Cloud. We recommend bookmarking it for future use.
2. Log in using your assigned credentials
   Your username and password will be provided by your Imprint Plus Account Manager. If you haven’t received your credentials yet, contact your representative or email techsupport@imprintplus.com for assistance.
3. Select a template 
   After logging in, browse your organization’s brand-approved templates and choose the one that fits your badge needs.
4. Enter badge information 
   Use the data entry fields to add names, titles, departments, or any other custom information relevant to your badge layout.
5. Preview and save your design 
   Double-check all fields before saving your design. You’ll be able to return to it later if needed or proceed straight to printing.

 

Important printing setup tips

To ensure your badges print with proper alignment:

• Use Google Chrome for best performance and compatibility
• Set your print settings to 100% scale or “Actual Size”
• Do not use the “Fit to Page” setting, as it can distort the badge layout
• Always test print on a blank sheet before printing on your actual badge insert sheets

Placing a blank insert sheet over your test print can help you visually confirm the alignment of names, titles, and logos.
