Happy Customer Service Week 2020

Every first week of October is an opportunity to celebrate our front-line staff, who regularly surprise and delight our customers. They are the backbone of our company, helping to retain and engage with clients.

A great way to provide outstanding customer service is to make sure our employees feel recognized and appreciated. We believe employee appreciation strategy of recognition, fairness, clarity, and consistency is a valuable tool for exceeding customers' expectations every time!

Our customer care team works hard every day to ensure our customers have positive experiences. They do this by answering inquiries, providing product knowledge, resolving problems, and addressing concerns—all with integrity and passion.

During these uncertain and ever-changing times, it is our dedicated group of customer service representatives that have been working tirelessly to service and support our valued customers.

Some ways we use to appreciate and recognize our customer care team's hard work are:

  • Share results with other team members: To show the customer care team's hard work we share their accomplishments with all team members.
  • Work anniversaries acknowledgement: Our team members' work anniversary milestones mustn't go unnoticed!
  • Treats, treats and treats: Who does not love treats:) It is another way to say “Thank You”!
  • Make employee recognition part of our lingo: Our goal is to create an employee engagement platform and recognition program to show our appreciation regularly.
