Getting to Know the Real Suzanne

What's the first thing on your mind every morning?

Starting the day on a positive note. My favorite way to stay healthy and mindful is to begin each day with a workout - rowing, boxing, pilates, or yoga.

Describe your work at Imprint Plus in one sentence or phrase?

My job is to assist people and businesses build meaningful connections; my joy at work comes from helping people to find the solutions that best fit their needs. I have provided innovative and unique identification solutions to over 1600 companies across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

What/who inspires you?

People like Captain Sir Tom Moore, Rosa Parks, and many others who were brave enough to attempt the extraordinary.

I am fascinated by history especially the Tudor period.

Recommend one Imprint Plus product to our followers.

The Mighty Badge. You can't help but love it! Besides being versatile, sustainable, convenient, and consistent, it’s also a cost-effective solution for companies.

What book are you reading at the moment?

I’m a fan of Ken Follet and reading the third book in his Pillars of the Earth trilogy; The Evening and the Morning. If you are curious about life in England before the Norman conquest then this all too vivid account is a must-read.

What’s your favorite TV show?

Grey’s Anatomy.

What's your go-to productivity trick?

I am constantly learning how to improve my performance and overall mindset with online training courses and workshops.

What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?

Don't ever give up and don't stop taking notes! Making a choice to give up is never productive, but finding a better way of working or a creative solution has had a positive influence on my life.

What was your first job?

My first job was delivering newspapers at the age of nine. Which in hindsight makes me super outdated!

What's the worst job you've ever had, and what did you learn from it?

I learned while selling encyclopedias door-to-door (where I lasted three days) that I have no taste for selling people things they don't need. At the time print encyclopedias were out of date in 1-2 years and were a large investment for families.

What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?

Taking my motorcycle out for a spin with my husband and friends.

What's one thing that surprised you about working at Imprint Plus?

Being part of the evolution of Imprint Plus from a North American product-centric company to a multi-national customer-centric organization where the aim is to anticipate customer needs.
