Can I See a Proof Before Ordering?

Yes. Imprint Plus provides a digital proof for every custom badge order so you can review and approve the design before production begins. This step ensures accuracy and gives you confidence that your badges will look exactly as expected.

 

How it works for online orders

If you’re placing your order through our website or Plus Portal, you’ll be guided through the design process. After selecting your badge style and entering your text and logo, a digital proof will appear in your account. This allows you to:

• Confirm names, job titles, and spelling
• Review logo placement and sizing
• Double-check colors, fonts, and layout

You’ll be asked to approve the proof before submitting the order. Once approved, production begins.

 

If Imprint Plus is designing the badge for you

In some cases, our design team creates the badge layout for you. This is common for new customers or companies with complex brand guidelines. In these situations, a custom proof will be sent to you for review and approval by email or through your account.

You’ll have the chance to request changes or confirm the design before anything is printed. 

 

Why approving your proof matters
