Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong prioritization and communication skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Management:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing calendar encompassing various channels and platforms.
  • Assist our Social Media Specialist in crafting engaging posts and effective paid social campaigns.
  • Support the sales team by aligning messaging and digital initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Ensure consistency across all digital marketing materials with adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Email Marketing:

  • Coordinate compelling email campaigns in collaboration with designers and copywriters.
  • Manage an email marketing calendar to optimize campaign frequency.
  • Oversee list management and data integrity for clean lists and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze email performance metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance engagement.

SEM (Search Engine Marketing):

  • Collaborate with external vendors to maximize ROI through Google Ads and Microsoft SEM campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage campaigns using SEM measurement tools.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Maintain and optimize keyword lists across digital platforms for improved search visibility.
  • Manage meta data to ensure effective optimization of website pages.
  • Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes to enhance organic search rankings.
  • Coordinate the creation and promotion of blog content to boost website authority.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing.
  • Solid understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Klavyio, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type

  • Full-time
  • Expected hours: 40 per week (8 hour shift Monday to Friday)
  • Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond, BC V6W 1J8
