I already purchased NamePrint Graphics. Where can I download it again?

If you’ve previously purchased NamePrint Graphics (NPG) desktop software and need to reinstall it on a new computer, you can download it anytime using the official link below.

 

Download NPG Desktop Software

You can download the latest version of NPG at:

After downloading, follow the installation prompts and enter your original serial number to activate the software.

 

Important System Compatibility Notice

• NPG Desktop is compatible with Windows 10 and earlier only.
• It is not supported on Windows 11 or any Mac operating systems.
• You must have administrator rights on your computer to install the software.

If you’re using Windows 11 or a Mac, we recommend using NPG Cloud, our browser-based badge design platform. It offers most of the same features and works directly in your browser with no installation required.

What You’ll Need for Installation

• Your software serial number (check your original welcome email or packaging)
• A Windows 10 or earlier computer with admin access
• A printer with at least 600 DPI resolution
• Your .ipt badge template files (see: Where can I find my badge templates?)
