About Regular Cleaning Kit

Plastic card printing requires a routine printer cleaning as cards can have high static charges and can attract dust and dirt.

To help you maintain your printer's performance and lifespan, Evolis supplies cleaning kits to perform extensive cleaning of the equipment:

• The print head with cleaning swabs
• The printer itself with pre-saturated cleaning cards
• The cleaning rollers with pre-saturated cleaning lint-free wipes

It is recommended to clean your Evolis printer every time you change your ribbon, and every time that the cleaning LED is on.

• Black RMS print ribbon, for 500 single-sided tags, on PLA/wood cards only.
• For use with Edikio Access printer only.
• Thanks to RMS ribbons, you can print buffet tags, business cards, VIP cards, signage, etc. on PLA/wood card. In addition to their attractive wood Look, they're also more environmentally friendly.
• The use of Buffet tags on PLA/Wood Cards in refrigerated and humid environments is not recommended.
• With the Edikio Access printer, you can also use white, black and special black PVC tag ribbons.
