Where Can I Find My Validation Code?

A validation code is required to create an account on the Plus Portal. This code links you to your organization’s custom portal, giving you access to pre-approved name badges, templates, and supplies. 

 

How to locate your validation code

Validation codes are only provided to customers whose organizations have a designated Plus Portal. You may find your code in one of the following places:

  • Your Imprint Plus Account Manager: If you’ve been in contact with an Account Manager, they can provide your validation code directly.
  • Printed materials: Some customers receive their code on flyers, postcards, or internal rollout materials provided by Imprint Plus.
  • Welcome emails: If your organization has recently been approved for a Plus Portal, the validation code is often included in your account setup or approval email. 

 

If you can't find your code

If you’re unable to locate your validation code, contact your Account Manager or reach out to our Customer Service team for help. We’ll verify your organization’s portal access and provide the correct code to get your account set up.
