How Do I Place an Order Through the Plus Portal?

The Plus Portal makes it easy to order your organization’s approved name badges and supplies in just a few steps. Once your account is set up, you can log in anytime to place new orders, reorder past items, and manage your badge program with confidence.

 

Getting started

Before you can place an order, you’ll need to register for a Plus Portal account. If you haven’t signed up yet, see our article How Do I Create an Account on the Imprint Plus Portal? for step-by-step guidance.

 

Placing your order

Once logged in to your portal, follow these steps to place an order:

  1. Browse your approved products. The items available in your portal are pre-selected and approved by your organization to ensure brand consistency.
  2. Click on a product image to open its product page.
  3. Customize your badge, if applicable. This may include entering names, titles, or selecting quantities.
  4. Click “Add to Cart.” If you need additional items, repeat this process for each product.
  5. Review your cart once all items have been added.
  6. Click “Checkout” to begin the final steps of your order.
  7. Enter your billing and shipping details, followed by your preferred payment method.
  8. Review your order summary and submit your purchase. 

 

What happens next?

After you complete your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and a summary of your purchase. You’ll also be able to view and track your order directly through your Plus Portal account under Order History.
