How Do I Request a Warranty Replacement for My Badges?

What qualifies for a warranty replacement?

Warranty coverage typically applies to issues related to manufacturing defects or product performance that fall outside normal wear and tear. This may include:

  • Badge components that break under regular use
  • Manufacturing flaws in the backing, casing, or lens cover
  • Defective magnet or pin fasteners

Please note that damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or normal aging may not be covered under warranty. 

 

How to request a replacement

To begin the process, please contact our Customer Service team and provide the following:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the defective item (if possible)
