How Do I Request an Invoice or Make a Payment?

Imprint Plus offers flexible payment options for both credit card and On Account customers. Once your order is placed, we’ll issue an invoice and guide you through the next steps, based on your selected payment method. 

 

For On Account (Net Terms) orders

If your organization is approved for On Account terms, an invoice will be issued once your order is processed. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

You can remit payment using the instructions provided on your invoice, which typically includes the option to pay by:

  • Check, mailed to the remittance address listed
  • Credit card, if your organization prefers this method for invoice settlement

Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card, the charge will be processed at the time the invoice is generated, not at the time of shipment. 

IMPORTANT: The On Account payment method can only be used if you have pre-approved credit terms with Imprint Plus and no outstanding payments. If these conditions are not met, your order will be placed on hold and our team will follow up with you. To avoid potential delays, we recommend using a credit card at checkout when possible.

If you pay by credit card after invoice issuance, the charge will be processed at the time the invoice is generated and not at the time of shipment. 

 

For credit card orders placed at checkout

If you select credit card as your payment method during online checkout, your payment is processed immediately. A payment confirmation and order receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
