What Are the System Requirements for NamePrint Graphics?

NamePrint Graphics (NPG) is Imprint Plus’ user-friendly badge and signage design software. Available as both a downloadable desktop program and a web-based cloud platform, NPG gives you complete control over your brand right down to the name badge.

Whether you're managing a single location or supporting a national rollout, NPG helps you create custom name badges that align with your brand standards. You can import data, insert logos, control layouts, and print badges on-site, saving time and improving consistency.

To get started, make sure your computer or device meets the technical requirements outlined below.

 

NPG Desktop Requirements

NPG Desktop is a locally installed software program designed for Windows operating systems only. It provides advanced design control, offline access, and pre-programming options to help large teams or corporate users maintain consistency across all locations.

 

Minimum requirements:

• Windows 7, 8, or 10 (Windows 10 recommended)
• Administrative rights to install the software
• A printer with 600 DPI or higher resolution
• Standard memory and storage capacity typical of most business PCs

Please note: NPG Desktop is not compatible with Mac or Chromebook devices.

NPG Cloud Requirements

Recommended setup:

• Use Google Chrome for best performance
• Ensure your browser is up to date
• Access to a 600 DPI or higher printer for optimal badge quality
• Adjust print settings to 100% scale or “Actual Size” (avoid “Fit to Page”) to ensure correct alignment 

NPG Cloud provides a streamlined experience for teams that need flexibility without sacrificing brand consistency.
