How Do I Set Up NPG Cloud?

NamePrint Graphics Cloud (NPG Cloud) is the browser-based version of our badge design software, offering the flexibility to create and print name badges without downloading or installing anything. It’s ideal for teams that need quick access to templates, data entry, and printing from any location.

 

Getting started with NPG Cloud is easy, but a few key setup steps will ensure everything runs smoothly.

 

Step-by-step guide to setting up NPG Cloud

1. Use the table below to find your brand’s NPG Cloud registration link.

	Marriott Registration Link

2. Register with Your Activation Code

You’ll receive a license code upon purchase. Use this code to register your account and create a username and password. These credentials will be used to log in moving forward.

Please note: each activation code is valid for up to four activations. If you've used all four, you’ll need a new code to activate again.

 

3. Select a template 
Once logged in, browse your organization’s brand-approved templates and choose the one that fits your badge needs. If your templates aren’t pre-loaded, please contact our tech support team.

 

4. Enter badge information 

Fill in the data entry fields with names, titles, departments, or any other custom information required for your badge layout.

 

5. Preview and save your design 
Double-check all fields before saving your design. You’ll be able to return to it later if needed or proceed straight to printing.

 

Important printing setup tips

To ensure your badges print with proper alignment:

• Use Google Chrome for best performance and compatibility
• Set your print settings to 100% scale or “Actual Size”
• Do not use the “Fit to Page” setting, as it can distort the badge layout
• Always test print on a blank sheet before printing on your actual badge insert sheets

Placing a blank insert sheet over your test print can help you visually confirm the alignment of names, titles, and logos.
