Where Can I Find the Serial Number for My Software?

Your NamePrint Graphics (NPG) software serial number is a unique code used to activate and manage your software license. You’ll need it when installing the software, registering your account, or transferring the license to a new device. 

 

Where to locate your serial number

• Welcome email: When you first purchased the software or were granted access, you should have received a welcome or confirmation email from Imprint Plus. This email contains your software serial number along with any instructions for setup and installation.
• License confirmation: If your organization manages multiple licenses, your serial number may be included in a software license confirmation or onboarding package shared by your IT team or your Imprint Plus Account Manager.
• Software packaging (for physical shipments): If you received your software on a disc or USB as part of a physical kit, the serial number may be printed on the packaging or a license insert inside the box.
